At Matcha, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and store credit for opened packages.
Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the matcha tins or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
